After a short hiatus, The Cabaret, U-C IMC's open mic returns! Join us this
Thursday, February 13th from 8-10pm for the kick-off event.

In honor of February 12th's day of poetry against the war, and February
14th being Valentines day, we couldn't hope to think of a better theme for
the return than "Peace and Love".

So bring your poetry, thoughts, speeches, music and expression to the stage
and let Urbana know that there is a whole creative community that espouses
the real patriotic values of peace and love!

From there, on subsequent weeks, the Cabaret will start off a whole new
season of featured performers who will be coming by to share and enliven
the stage at the U-C IMC!

February 20th
The poets, artists and writers of Montage will be celebrating the release
of a new issue of their literary/arts journal.

February 27th
Local improv group "Like Disco, But Not Really" will be coming to share the
Cabaret stage.

March 6th
Local improv group "The Ohio Border Patrol" will be the featured performers
for the evening!

As always, the Cabaret will be hosted by co-founders Darrin and Brian who
will keep the evening rolling and will no doubt share some of their own
creative expression on the Cabaret stage!

This event is free, all-ages and open to everyone!

So remember to join us this Thursday at 8pm!
