[Newspoetry] gulf war syndrome: 2003 blog is up

this is a blog for newspoems on the war.

pls email me if you want an account so you can post to the blog.

the blog will be unmoderated (i.e., posts go up immediately) but I'll 
hide (if I can figure out how) or delete (if I can't) posts that 
aren't newspoems on the war. but I'm not going to get all draconian 
on everyone's ass or anything. the newspoetry list remains the 
infinite soapbox.

moveable type, the blog system I'm using, is kinda ugly, but hey, 
it's installed, it works, whatever.

for the uninitiated, blog is short for weblog. which is a terse way 
of saying a web page that gets updated with timely material on a more 
or less regular basis. I guess newspoetry 1998-2002 was a blog of 
sorts. plus ca change
