Terrorist Cells Found in Burgers

There are terrorist cells hiding in your dinner
Neu5Gc, a foreign molecule
innn-sssinn-u-ates itself
into your body tissues
every time you eat red meat or dairy

Neu5Gc triggers an immune response
causing your body to declare a yellow alert
leading to an inflammation of foreign policy
and encouraging the growth of military-industrial tumors
meanwhile cutting off the blood supply to the constitution

What does Neu5Gc want?
Is it jealous of our high-tech lifestyle?
Does it covet our freedom and prosperity?
Is it driven by religious extremism?

No

Neu5Gc is perfectly happy
to exist in the tissues
of cows, sheep, and pigs

But when the butchers come around
and cut up the cows and sheep and pigs
and put the cows and sheep and pigs
on our dinner tables
and we eat them

Neu5Gc has no choice
but to be absorbed into our bodies
or eliminated as waste

Neu5Gc
has no political power
nor does it have the right to vote
so causing a little inflammation
is the best it can do
