[Newspoetry] Grim Old Newspoetry Sadly Must Be Recycled

crud. newspoetry.org is misconfigured and newspoetry.com now points  
to just William's stuff.

I have all the content, I just need to get newspoetry.org pointed at  
it. I will do this sometime; I've been busy.
