In his most recent utterances of contempt against the Constitution,
Justice Scalia proposes a new legal standard.

“If you propose an extreme scenario,
Then it’s a different game.”

The it, here, happens to be the Constitution of the United States of
America,
a document whose statements Scalia once took a solemn oath to uphold.

But, Scalia only reads the Constitution after he consults with CEO-guided
mission,
To turn all of the Constitution’s protections against arbitrary uses of
power
Into permissive guidelines which a Presidency may honor or not, at its own
discretion.

Scalia’s kind of thinking is a clear and present danger to the Constitution,
An alliance with the false utility reasoning that wild terrorists employ –
Who respect nothing so sacred as the rights to life, liberty or property.

Well, Scalia does hold property sacred, as more important than life and
liberty,
Given how he always comes down in favor of property owners against all
others.

And, Scalia might even say he respects life,
provided only that it is in that narrow range,
before being born but after conception ---
because he chooses to ignore the 14th Amendment’s language,
which limits the Constitution, and thus the Judiciary,
to consider only the rights of persons born –
either here in the US or émigrés from abroad.

We wrote the 14th Amendment to bar States from having different definitions
of person,
as to who might be entitled to due process and equal protection of the laws.
So, the 14th Amendment language states:
“All persons born or naturalized in the United State.”
Such language was legally all inclusive, as to who might be a person;
It left no room for States to define any other being as a “person” –
Because the different States, in choosing differing definitions,
Had shown such extreme prejudice towards some the rights of some persons,
That the Nation fought a great Civil War to define, federally, who was a
person.

Yet, the GoP terrorists against the Constitution, men like Scalia or McCain,
Pretend that Roe v Wade interferes with States’ Rights to define a
person!!!!!

And, as to Liberty, well, for sure Scalia does not respect that,
Because he and Thomas, Roberts and Alito think so highly of the State
That it always has such superior interests as would trump the rights of
people.

Such radical terrorists as these men have no interest in the Constitution,
So impressed are they by their own vivid imagination and executive genius.
