As to weapons shipments and sales go look at the DOD Foreign Military Sales 
division. No other nation even comes close to what U.S. gives away or sells 
to anyone with $$$.  Anything and everything is available from conventional 
to non-conventional. This year was the most or largest transfer of weapons in 
history.
