UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION, Article II, Section 4: "The President, Vice
President and all civil officers of the United States shall be removed
from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or
other high crimes and misdemeanors."

...bribery, in the case of Bush and Cheney, and violating one's oath to
uphold the constitution, in the case of Rumsfeld and Ashcroft, are crimes
for which the constitution provides a remedy.  --CGE
