[Peace-discuss] current Iraqi humanitarian needs?

Sir/Madam:

I'm involved with an anti-war group here in Urbana, IL (AWARE, 
http://www.anti-war.net), and we would like to accumulate and ship some 
humanitarian provisions to the Iraqi people.  I found the hygiene, school, 
and doll/scarf kit guidelines (http://www.afsc.org/emap/help/material.htm), 
but it was also suggested on: http://www.afsc.org/emap/help/donguide.htm, 
to contact you to determine what is currently needed.

Aside from cash donations, what exactly should we gather, how quickly, and 
how shall we ship/provide our donations to the appropriate recipients?
