The military, like other government bodies sends us pre-recorded PSAs to
play on the air at our discretion. 

It is completely up to the airshifter on duty which PSAa to play/read on
their shift. So long as the PSA in question doesn't violate the guidelines.

While it may upset you that a airshifter chose to play a military PSA, I
wouldn't want to volunteer at a *community* station that didn't make all
PSAs sent to us available to the airshifter on duty.
