Thursdays show featured excerpts from a new documentary on the Weather Underground.  It's possible and probable that it was part of the documentary.  You can double check by listening or watching the program at www.democracynow.org.  I've personally never seen any military PSA discs in the booth, but I haven't been on air lately.  Of course, I'll be rejoining the "Blues Collective" on Fridays starting on 8/29.
