So the Cobb campaign is, as their enemies charged, working for the
Democrats?  To raise and spend moneys comparable to those used in their 
campaign on the improbable possibility of redirecting Ohio's vote to the
Democrats -- which the Democrats are unwilling to spend their considerably
greater funds on -- seems at best quixotic.  It's not a serious threat to
the administration and its policies.  Cui bono?  --CGE
