Thanks for pursuing this, Ricky. It upsets me very much that the police are taking the wrong side in this..... If they have the complaint and know the name of driver, they have everything they need to proceed w/ this. It's a crock that we need to id the kid by face, surely. Have we talked to a lawyer about our rights and choices here? Jenifer C.
