Absolutely.  Let's see: Aristide phones Maxine Waters
and others, says he was kidnapped.  Does phone
interviews with CNN and AP, reiterating his
predicament.  Suddenly, his phone access is cut off. 
Now this delegation goes to see him.  They can't, and
it appears his cell phone is somehow disrupted, too? 
Geez - just cause you're paranoid doesn't mean they
aren't out to get you!
