This week's guest on Media Matters is actress and comedian, Janeane Garofalo. Garofalo has acted in numerous movies, including The Laramie Project, Dogma, Steal This Movie (the Abbie Hoffman story), Wet Hot American Summer, The Truth About Cats and Dogs, Romy and Michele's High School Reunion, Reality Bites, to name a few. In the months before the Iraq war, Garofalo was an outspoken advocate for diplomacy and peace on talk shows like Crossfire, Inside Politics, Good Morning America, Fox News Sunday, MSNBC, and CNN.  More recently, Garofalo was the MC for the "Tell us the Truth Tour." Beginning March 31, Garofalo will co-host a three hour live show with the new liberal radio network, Air America.
