Are these enlargements obtainable locally? Any help at all would be appreciated.

Given the diversity of topics I've seen discussed on this list, I'm
concerned about the idea of labelling unpopular ideas "off topic."
If Carl was sending out email about "Politically Correct Penis
Enlargement," that would probably be off-topic. But talking about
Hentoff's opinions, no matter how unimpressive they might be, seems 
reasonable.

Imagine voting in something resembling a confessional, like this: You recite your choices to an anonymous person hidden behind a screen. He/she then assures you that they have been recorded correctly and that the process is over and you can leave. Would you have much faith in that system? How is it different than paperless electronic voting?
