install threaded based discussion forum with topics so that we may 
create topics for all the different discussions
with the understanding that the current email list actually discourages 
individuals from ranting and expressing themselves because it is to the 
entire group


install a chat room , i think it is important to have a Real Time chat room

and i have strong feeling toward the Respect of anonymity, in this 
battle we fight with the pen we must realize there are guns pointing at us
and we should always be a safe place for people to express themselves 
without signing there name
