[Peace-discuss] Street on Obama on the war

Dear Chas.,

Please cite Obama's plan. If you don't mind. 

Bush's plan has changed as well. He has also spoken of removing the troops in 2007, ok, not all the troops, and he would like some troops to return for another tour, .... So his plan is so different that it is the same as it always has been. But he does say it is different, so it must be so. 

What is Obama saying his plan would be?
