Dummy corporations and offshore banks work quite well also.  Anyone who 
watched 60 Minutes last night knows that one guy with a P.O. box, a cell 
phone, and a few friends in high places in Iraq can make himself plus $800 
million U.S. taxpayer dollars invisible.
