Just wanted to pass this on. The CIA's screening of candidates will be
on April 10th---the same day that Student Farmworker Alliance is hosting
the Coalition of Immokalee Workers. More important than the CIA is the
CIW who will be on the quad at noon-1PM on the 10th to promote the
florida farmworkers struggle against McDonalds and other fast food giants.

Maybe a statement at the rally needs to be made about UIUC supporting
the CIA recruiters.

Hello,

I am writing to share with you a career information session being held
next week that might be of interest to your students. The CIA National
Clandestine Service is hiring individuals with specific language or
academic backgrounds. Your department is one of the critical languages
or academic units they are recruiting. The program is being held Monday,
April 9^th at 5pm. I understand that this is a last minute announcement
and I do apologize for that. We just received the final details of their
visit today. Below is more information about the program. Students must
RSVP for the program with Greg Hatch at ghatch1 at uiuc.edu

not being able to get this announcement to you sooner. If you could
forward the information below to any students you feel would be
interested, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
