Naturally I'd want legal fees (and lunch money) in addition to damages, 
Chuck.

As to your tired monitor -- do you think that the frequent full-color 
pictures would have anything to do with it?

I've copied this correspondence to the peace-discuss list because the 
Public i is, sadly, one of the few "progressive" print mediums around; 
it's partially funded by AWARE, the sponsor of this list; and its 
procedures should be known, particularly when they involve covert
