[Peace-discuss] Democrats and nuclear weapons

I happened to catch a few minutes of a Republican debate in Iowa, and after McCain and Giuliani got done foaming at the mouth, they allowed Ron Paul about a minute and a half to eloquently denounce the war. He got a loud ovation from a Republican audience, although the cameras made a point not to show anyone cheering, focused as they were on the front rows of apparatchiks. Very revealing in a bizarre sort of way.

and Paul. And people are so appalled at the Democrats' constantly going
into the tank that people like Richardson are beginning to think that
edging toward an antiwar position may be the right thing to do. --CGE
