Well, the peace* mailing list processor was broken yesterday, so
the above message didn't get out in time.  But, good news:
after much testimony and some head-scratching,
the zoning board approved the Hindu Temple project by a vote of 4-2.
(This has been their third attempt to get a site approved.)
We'll see whether the neighbors decide to appeal.
