[Peace-discuss] Blackwater USA and Illinois Police Training

In an article entitled "Coming to a Community Near
You: Blackwater" by Wayne Madsen, the Illinois State
Police and Chicago Police Departments have sent
personnel for training to the Blackwater's North
Carolina headquarters. 

It is difficult to imagine that Blackwater is training
these law enforcement personnel in progressive
community tactics given Blackwater's dismal record of
human rights violations in Iraq.
