Peace discuss,

There are a few other issues I consider important that I will mention with the opportunity which Neil's wonderful list of issues provides.
* private militaries
* immigration reform
* global warming issues (signing agreements with other countries, drilling in crazy places, wise choices of alternative energy sources and research, leadership in becoming less consumptive (pun intended), etc)
* bailing out companies that got too huge
* helping those who were taken in by the huge companies that made horrible decisions
* the poor: the disparities between the haves and the have-nots.

No single person alone, even a president, could effect significant positive movement on any of these issues.
