wow!...

I was suggesting that perhaps "bitching" does not have much "utility"
unless one at last actually "does something" (provide light).

I don't suppose that I have any particular ability. 
But I do notice that lack of ability doesn't seem to disqualify
anyone from getting involved in opposing this intrusive and authoritarian
local government in Urbana and trying to improve the situation
in what ever ways possible.
