Come on, Mort.  That's just silly.  It's quite clear what the new administration 
is going to do.  They're working hard to get it done now. How else can you read 
Gates' comments or those of the military (who will remain in place)? Could they 
be saying (and doing) what they are if there were going to be major changes 
after January 20?
