I have actually found Randall Cotton to be a pleasant, intelligent, reliable and motivated guy.

Maybe you should be giving him some slack, since you both likely
have a Universal Excuse for your Bulldada behaviour?

T3H whole community will be better served if you boys would find some way to 
settle your differences amiably.

  Of course, talking with him around the station didn't work, sending him emails didn't work, trying to meet with him as a group didn't work, trying to get him to compromise didn't work, suspending him pending resolution didn't work, professional mediation didn't work, conflict resolution didn't work, and a cooling off period before reintegration to the station didn't work.
 
  At this point I'd be interested about hearing of any new possibility that isn't patently ridiculous.  Not particularly interested in extending more opportunities for the hateful abuse that met each of the previous efforts, though.
