They do provide a comment form, but don't make it very easy to find.
Here's how.

   - Followed the "Contact" link at the bottom of the main page, to...
   - a "For Frequently Asked Questions and
        General Contact Information, click __here__", to ...
   - last entry on that page is
        "How do I make a comment/suggestion", which leads to...
   - a message with shows a link to yet another page
        which finally lets you make a comment.
