Hello Everyone:

John - What makes this particular case egregious  is that the  'closed at
dusk'  rule was  not in place anywhere else but Douglass  Park at the time
of the arrest. Since then the park district has changed the time to 9PM.

I'm sorry I was unable to make it to the actual trial, but have been
following what has been posted. Now if you would like to have a cookout
after 9PM....I will bring some hamburgers:)  -  All I ask is that we let the
weather get to be just a little warmer.
