[Peace-discuss] Fwd: Now Obama's in, is anti-war anti-racism activism out?

I'd hope that AWARE and others can find it within themselves to  
criticize the pro-war policies and growing belligerence of the Obama  
administration.

But let's help the Democratic apologists come up with some ideas...

How about:

-Your criticisms will only help the Republicans in 2012.
-Give him time.
-The Democrats can't move left so quickly and expect to keep popular  
support.
-We must defend Obama against the Right Wing attacks if we have to  
have any chance of getting our leftist goals.
-Criticizing the Democrats will cause them to lose their majorities  
in Congress and put the greater evil into power
-Obama just said that stuff to get elected and the Republicans are  
worse.  So, let's be happy we have a warmonger with a D around his  
name because it will be comparatively better than a warmonger with an  
R around his name.
-People who criticize Obama and the Dems must want the Republicans to  
win

Did I cover all the bases?

We got what the apologists wanted -- an Obama presidency -- let's  
start lighting the fire under his ass to press him because what he's  
stated as his policies are damn scary, dangerous and a continuation  
of America's imperial power.
