Dave Tomlinson insists that Unit 4 has met the consent decree
requirements (that the number of seats for students in the north side
of town has been satisfied)

I heard that Lynn Stuckey was the person who recognized that the offer
of donated land for the school out west of Parkland was part of the
Anderson land / ethanol plant scheme.

so, I agree: get rid of Tomlinson; put in Stuckey.
