This organization ( Americans for a New Way Forward ) is a newly formed nation-wide network that held demonstartions all over the country this weekend.
Check them out. Maybe we can coordinate with them and have a local action sometime in the future.

Subject: Pledge to Break Up the Banks

Hi,

Thanks for pledging your support. Be in touch with your ideas on the blog:
http://www.anewwayforward.org and pass this important message on.

The banks are stealing our money in plain sight. They're acting without morals, but the problem is government is letting them do it. So, a national day of action on April 11 is planned -- We ask Obama to do more than Geithner and break the banks' power now.

Can you do your two seconds to sign on to the pledge against bailouts and make our actions matter. We need to push government to stop putting us deeper in debt, while many of lose our jobs and/or homes.

If you're angry that tax dollars are disappearing into the hands of AIG, Bank of America, Goldman Sachs with nothing to show for it, sign up the pledge? It counts. Please send this email to people -- Get the word out.

You can find your protest here:

We have a big chance to create structural change in government -- we can break the power of the bankers.

Looking forward to it,
