[Peace-discuss] Ibn Khaldun - 14th century Tea Party Guy

These seem like simplistic soundbites (like the 10 commandments).
Were Abdu r-Rahman bin Muhammad bin Khaldun Al-Hadrami,(1332-1406),
and Selim Karatas founders of Libertarianism? Did Adam Smith subscribe
to these prescriptions?
