Ahh, so that's the excuse you got in the past! Instead of the old, "Not tonight, dear, I have a headache," it was, "Maybe another time -- right now, my melatonin-progesterone-estrogen levels are off!"

Thanks, Wayne, y're a great straight man :-)

Gee Wayne, I tho't that women -- unlike cats, dogs, etc -- were always receptive to males (depending on the male, of course).

Cats are strongly seasonal, and dogs have long refractory times lasting several months.  Most animals have some seasonal tendencies and cyclical times of increased interest in males.

Women also express seasonal and cyclical tendencies that vary across the human population from insignificant changes to very obvious changes.  The strongest likelihood of receptivity to males occurs when melatonin levels are low (such as when there is increasing daylight) and when progesterone levels are low and estrogen levels are high and rising (the time preceding and up to ovulation).

It really sounded horrible at first but actually pretty good after I
considered it more.

You must be living in a land where the women are constantly nude and
don't have cyclic estrogen surges,
so they are always receptive to the male.  I sort of like the women are
the  property of men part.
How does one reach this never never land?
