[Peace-discuss] go dennis! End the Fed! End The Fed!

Robert,
the Constitution says that the coining of money is supposed to be under
the control of Congress.

The Federal Reserve is not part of the Federal government any more than
United Parcel Service
or Fedex are part of the government. The Fed is a banking cartel not
subject to the elected government,
not subject to FOIA requests, not answerable to Congress. Congress does
have the power to abolish
the FED. The Supreme Court could do it too, but it is unlikely that the
Supreme Court would.

Dennis Kucinich appeared and spoke at the END THE FED! rally last
November at the
Cleveland Federal Reserve Bank. Ron Paul has had a bill before Congress
to abolish the
Federal Reserve for quite some time.

If you are interested in learning more about the Federal Reserve and
Monetary Policy,
you can look at a video series I have on my website. There is a menu
item on
the left hand side of the main page: Foundations of Monetary Policy
that takes you
through a linked book section including a sort of introduction, then G.
Edward Griffin's Fiat Empire,
then a series by Max Keiser. Or you can click here
<http://www.liberty4urbana.com/drupal-6.8/node/15>.

If you cant find time to watch anything else, you owe it to yourself to
watch Max Keiser's
Death of the Dollar. Then come back and tell why Max is wrong, if you like.
