Where are all the people freed by this order?

When do the prosecutions of the officials who ordered torture begin?

The USG asserts its right to continue to imprison -- with or without trial --
and "interrogate" people it seized in an illegal invasion, while those who
ordered torture enjoy their pensions.

What would we say of similar behavior by, say, an Asian country? --CGE
