[Peace-discuss] WHAT accounts for the US' mindless support for Israel???

I don't see the point.  It's true that the Israel lobby raised money for Percy's 
opponents, but surely you're not suggesting that Percy's loss to Simon 
represented any change in US policy toward Israel and/or the Middle East? Even 
Mearsheimer & Walt admit that Dine's comment was "hyperbole."
