Unfortunately I think our main aim is to kill people -- from Vietnam and
Cambodia to Gaza and AfPak -- as a demonstration to the locals that they're to
do as they're told. And we can do it because, as you rightly say and Obama
showed again this week, their lives just don't matter to us. --CGE
