A new study on family-friendly workplaces provides another good
argument for passing the Employee Free Choice Act and restoring
the freedom of workers to form unions. Unionized workplaces have
far more family-friendly policies, including paid time off to
care for sick children and health insurance coverage for the
entire family, the University of California study reveals.
