This Friday, July 31, 2009,  the seminar topic is titled, "From Palestine to Pakistan: Prospects of the Obama Strategy to Manage Disorder." It will be presented by Professor Edward A. Kolodziej. 

 

The talk will cover conflicts from Palestine to Pakistan and U.S. interests in these conflicts. Dr. Kolodziej is Director of the Center for Global Studies at the University of Illinois. Professor Kolodziej has also served as Head of the Department of Political Science and is Research Professor of Political Science (Emeritus). He is a co-founder and served as the first Director of the Program in Arms Control, Disarmament and International Security.
