In honor of the birthdate of Smedley Butler (today, in 1881) we are 
hosting an event to help educate people about the true American hero. We 
also would encourage you to take a moment to learn about him if you are

We have a great line up of local activists who are dedicated to 
preserving the things that made our nation great.  We hope you can join 
us, and if you are with a liberty loving group, or are an elected 
official or plan to run for office and fight for the Constitution, we 
will have "open mic" time after our invited speakers. We do ask that 
each speaker have a few words to say in honor of Maj Gen Butler. We 
anticipate having speakers begin at around 5:30. Details can be found on

BYO burgers and brews, we fire up the grill at 4. Mark and I will have 
buns, chips and condiments. Most importantly, bring an appetite for liberty!
