[Peace-discuss] Obama: Israeli Settlements "Have To Be Stopped"

It's definitely Obama's/our ace in the hole -- one of few -- so let's hope he's willing to use it... Plus, and I'm for not only stopping the construction of West Bank settlements, but DISMANTLING them/reimbursing current residents, as per Jimmy Carter's plan.
