[Peace-discuss] Suspects Can Be Interrogated Without Lawyer

Now this is something that should be of concern to everyone.  Unfortunately
most will not get concerned until they find themselves at the receiving end
of such an interrogation.  Next will be a repeal of the Miranda rights?

Jesse J. Holland, The Associated Press: "The Supreme Court on Tuesday
overturned a long-standing ruling that stopped police from initiating
questions unless a defendant's lawyer was present, a move that will make it
easier for prosecutors to interrogate suspects."
