[Peace-discuss] It's worth calling

It would be worth calling anyway, but in addition: it seems like there
is a real possibility, not a big one, but real, that the supplemental
could be at least temporarily defeated in the House, if a
supermajority of Republicans vote no because of the IMF money, while a
fourth of the Democratic caucus votes no because of the war.
