[Peace-discuss] Killing-Kiwane: Are We Living Out our purgatory somewhere between Champaign and an Orwellian-moment?

*It is public record that the Taser issue was coming back up for a vote a
few weeks before Kiwane's death.  Hmmm...Post-Kiwane Carrington's death the
media pressure, as well as the City of Champaign and Champaign Police
Department, has increased 100% to encourage the Court of Public Opinion to
support the use of Tasers. In recent weeks since the unarmed 15-year-old
youth was fatally shot, I have felt like I am held hostage in a purgatory
between Champaign and an Orwellian-moment? *

*Big Brother* (aka Champaign City Manager, Steve Carter, and all departments
within his jurisdiction) the mysterious all-seeing, all-knowing leader of
the totalitarian society is a god-like icon to the citizens he rules. He
governs what the public image of the City represents on media blitz, City
owned Public Information Station Channel 5 and the City's own website.  All
sources of information generated to the public are a testament to keep us
subliminally aware “Big Brother Is Watching You.”

To carry out this lopsided form of government, Big Brother demands obedience
and devotion of Champaign's citizens; in fact, Big Brother insists that
citizens love the form of government more than they love anyone else, even
their own families. At the same time, Big Brother inspires fear and
paranoia,  loyal followers are quick to betray anyone who veers from the Big
Brother doctrine.
*
The Ministry of Truth (Minitrue)* (aka Champaign City Mayor and City
Council) responsible for perpetuating the Party's (aka City of Champaign)
propaganda by revising historical records to render the Party omniscient and
always correct

*Winston Smith* (aka) any person who does not buy into the Big Brother
doctrine and questions anything that seems to contradict Freedom of
Information, the Constitution and the Civil Rights Act of 1964, including,
but not limited to Title 9 among other inequities

*Julia* (aka) those who appear to be Winston Smith on the surface, but who
are actually sent in by Big Brother and or The Ministry to infiltrate the
free Thinker's and Researchers that dare to challenge perceived inequities
among socio-economic and ethnic diversity, as well as inconsistencies found
in City policies,

 Our Champaign Orwellian-moment binds us to a global intolerance for
differences of those outside of individual cultural and comfort zones, a
world of perpetual war, pervasive government surveillance (CCAPP and other
groups local government has attempted to train for Policing their own
Communities), public mind control (as we have witnessed locally post-Kiwane
through all the media outlets), and the voiding of citizens' rights and
Civil Rights (by imposing policies and amendments to policies like "Use of
Force", "Tasers", votes against "Living Wage" and so on and so forth).

*Party Ideologues* (aka News-Gazette, "Penny for Your Thoughts"----the
warm-up show that leads into the Rush Limbaugh Hour /WDWS, Public Access
Station Channel 5) prolonged regimen of systematic mental torture and
psychologically draining by non-stop repetition of the mandatory message the
Public is to use in their mantra driven opinion. The object is to cure
anyone who expounds another opinion outside of the Party's.  The penalty
imposed for those resisting conformity of prescribed thought that is aligned
with the Party's is to publicly discredit, publicly humiliate, publicly
Blacklist, and even portray those resistant as insane and or playing the
race card and or not a card carrying American.
*
Thought Police* (aka anyone appointed to Commissions by the City Manager or
the Mayor)  Human Relations Commission, The Housing Commission, and all
other City run Commissions that maintain the anti-intellectual society and
status quo, ensuring our city does not associate or fund the independent
thinking Creative Class that has not first been sanitized and ultimately
pre-packaged by the Party, that without such tight control may distract from
unquestioned devotion to the Party.

The Success of The Orwellian Indoctrination on Champaign Counties Citizens:

   1. The non-African American community adopted a Party Ideologue, "The
   youth should have obeyed the police when they told them to get down"
      - Independent Resister's to the Party asked, "How do we know the
      police made any commands to the youth and or how do we know the youth did
      not obey if they were told to 'Get Down'?"
   2. Big Brother and The Ministry of Truth (The Champaign City Manager,
   Mayor and Council) have determined they have enough evidence to support the
   statement that both youth did not follow directions and the police officers
   did no wrong in their opinion so they did not need to wait for the
   Investigation by the State Police or any final Report.  Opinions expressed
   in the media by a large segment of the non-African American community also
   agree and have put the total onus for the youth's death on the youth
   himself.

*Now, let's take a poll of our own "Winston Smith-type" questions
surrounding the Kiwane-Killing in answer to the continued Polling the N-G
has done to create an awareness campaign in support of Tasers.*

   - Did the Champaign Police Department make a decision to shoot Kiwane
   Carrington in an effort to convince the court of public opinion to agree
   with the CPD's five-year argument in favor of the justification for use of
   Tasers?  *Yes* / *No***
   - During post-Kiwane-Killing has the City of Champaign and Champaign
   Police Department provided accurate information to the community regarding
   the Use of Tasers?  *Yes* / *No*

of a taser delivering a fatal shock. One is the possibility that a shock
could occur during
the “vulnerable period” of a heart beat cycle. Essentially, this means that

section of a heart beat cycle (specifically, three percent of the cycle)
during which an
electro-shock is *highly likely to cause ventricular fibrillation*, “a state
in which the heart
muscles spasm uncontrollably, disrupting the heart’s pumping function
and*causing
death.*”6 Second, certain individuals, *such as children*, the elderly,
people with pre-
existing cardiovascular problems, drug users, and individuals who take
certain psychiatric
medications, are naturally more susceptible to ventricular fibrillation than
healthy young
adults..."

"...In sum, tasers pose some grave risks that warrant significant research
and study.
*Not enough is known about the risks of taser use to children,* the elderly,
pregnant
women, or those under the influence of drugs. From what little scientific
research exists,..."


   - Based on the above, can you confirm Kiwane Carrington, a 15-year-old,
   110 lb, 4'8" youth would have still been alive if a taser had been used?
   *Yes* / *No***
