[Peace-discuss] [Discuss] Non-interaction with Champaign police

It's a long way from a neighbor walking across the yard and saying,
"hey, what are you guys doing over there"
to one of Champaign's paramilitary thugs yelling
"get on the ground Now or I kill you.  Blammo!"

It's not exactly vigilante-ism to communicate with the people
in your neighborhood.  It would seem that calling the police should
be the last resort not the first response.
