I agree with you regarding the Hart piece.  It is the speculative part that I think gets a bit out of control.

As for the official 9/11 report, I did not read it nor do I have the expertise to asses its contents or what you are saying.  It was my understanding from what I heard from others who were into the subject that it did contain some empirical engineering and architectural data as supportive evidence, which also was what was plugged into the computer models, as well as some research studies done on other incidents.  The main complaint that I heard from those who I got my information from had to do with their questioning  (a) the forensic value of the empirical data and studies, (b) the completeness and significance of the collected and used empirical data and studies as a body of evidence, (c) thereliabilioty and validity of the data and studies, and (d) the way that the findings were being interpreted.  If what you seem to be saying is the case (e.g., there was no actual empirical data or studies used to plug into the computer models or as a basis for making assertions, then I have to say that the report is also an exercise in wild speculation just as Harts flight into fantesy turns our to be.

Hart's statements begins plausible enough but then jumps into speculation ( possible Israeli nuclear attack on U.S. via a false flag operation ).

The official 9/11 report has NO forensic or credible evidence what so ever,
It's only sources for the entire report are from the CIA, State Dept., Bush Whitehouse, and the Institute for Standards and Testing ( a department of the Executive Branch ) which used absolutely NO physical or imperical evidence, but instead derived their theories from generated computer models to match their hypothesis.

No modern high rise steel and concrete bulding has ever collapsed from a fire. 
Thermate explosives is the only means by which the Twin Towers could have collapsed at all, much less a free fall vertical collapse within it's foundation perimeter.

Yes David, it probably does fit the official 9/11 report to a greater or lesser extent.  Both sides contain segments of supportable argumentation based on or backed up by bits of concrete evidence; but as whole cloth both the official report and other reports all tend to leave one unconvinced.  However, this particular conspiracy theory in question put out by Hart tends to really push the limits of credibility.  You will note in my comment that I did not say all conspiracy theories contained overly complex and fantastic contortions and convolutions beyond the point of easy acceptance; I said that only some do.  I think that Hart's position (if it is being accurately reported) is one which does.  I have not actually read the Official 9/11 report so I cannot say if it does or if it remains within the bounds of believability; but from what I have heard reported to me by persons who are well versed in the subject and are believers in a conspiracy theory, it appears as if the official report does maintain some semblance of acceptability in terms of everyday  understandings.

This just goes to show that even those with the best of credentials and expertise can be as irrational, open to flights of fantasy, and capable of creating extremely colorful and complex explanations for things as mere mortals can be.  Of course, all explanations are potentially possible in some world and maybe even in this world; but at some point the contortions and convolutions of some conspiracy theories tend to become so complex and fantastic as to require an article of faith similar to that which religions require in order for one to believe them with a straight face.  This may be one of those.

Breaking his self-imposed rule against talking about 9/11, former Senior BBC Mideast Correspondent and author Alan Hart described what he thinks may have really happened on that fateful day on yesterday's Kevin Barrett show.

Hart, who got to know Yasser Arafat and Golda Meir while serving as a Security Council-briefed Mideast peace negotiator, said that he has been assured by a top-level demolitions/engineering expert who wishes to remain anonymous that the three World Trade Center skyscrapers were destroyed by controlled demolitions, not plane crashes and fires. During the hour-long interview, Hart discussed Israel's record of engaging in outrageous attacks on friend and foe alike, and spreading even more outrageous lies to cover them up. (Around the midpoint of the show he explained the real reason Israel attacked the USS Liberty in 1967.) 

Regarding 9/11, Hart suggested that while there may have been some original terrorist plot conceived by fellow-travelers of Osama Bin Laden, the Israeli Mossad, with its near-total penetration of Middle Eastern governments and terrorist groups alike, would have quickly detected and hijacked the operation to its own ends, orchestrating a spectacularly successful attack on America designed to be blamed on its Arab and Muslim enemies. Hart added that the Mossad operation that became 9/11 would have been aided and abetted by certain corrupt American leaders.

Sounding a chilling note, Hard added that the U.S. is in grave danger of an Israeli-instigated false-flag nuclear attack, perhaps using an American nuclear weapon stolen from Minot Air Force Base during the "loose nukes" rogue operation of August, 2007. The motive would be to trigger a U.S. war with Iran, and perhaps to finish the ethnic cleansing of Palestine under cover of war--which Hart is convinced the Zionists are planning to do as soon as the opportunity presents itself. 

When a warning this serious is delivered by a messenger with the stature of Alan Hart, the American people had better find a way around the news blackout imposed by the Zionist-dominated corporate and pseudo-alternative media. The only thing standing in the way of an Israeli false-flag nuclear attack on America, a disastrous US war on Iran, and a horrendous acceleration of the ethnic cleansing of Palestine, is the awareness of the American people.
