Sure, we'll go the way of telling the FBI to bugger off.

But let me share a story.

One day, my mother came home crying. She was very upset. Someone had
told her that she had been black-listed by the FBI. She was very
afraid, not just about how this would effect possible employment, and
about her ability to get federal funding for a homeless shelter, and
about her ability to change things because people would be afraid to
be associated with her, and with the possibility of being arrested.

The next day, my mother got up and went about changing the world some
more, even with her fears.

She came home that next night and announced, "If I were not
black-listed then I would not be doing what is right."

She was never afraid again.
