Remarkably, Mr. bin Laden was recently killed once more in Abbott-ville, 
hauled to Afghanistan,
and then ceremoniously "buried at sea" just off the coast of Afghanistan
(unceremoniously dumped in a pit somewhere), some 3+ years afterwards.
An Extraordinary Rendition, indeed.

Apparently his body was identified from dental records,
using casts made from bite marks on Mr. Obama's ankh-les.
