Jim Wallis seems to think that the Federal Government is the hand of God 
in the World for Good,
but he is staunchly against The War, and has an eye of compassion.


Anti-war and pro-big government is certainly less ideologically confounded
than being anti-big government and yet pro-war.


Wallis is sincere about the caring for people part and has a heart 
turned toward doing good
even if he does seem a bit flimsy at times in some areas of discernment.


If I were in Champaign-Urbana, I would go see him and hear what he has 
to say.
